After I created a template for my projects (and have started many projects) I relized that the window and door schedules needed to have different fields etc.  I have edited the fields and filtering on my schedules.  Is there a way to copy this new schedule format into all of the projects that I have already started.  I have tried using "File" > "Transfer Project Standards" but it doesn't apear that  "schedule format or layout" is listed as part of the project standards.  Similarly I created a new numbering format for my sheets. Can sheet number and names be copied or transfered to another project.

I am using Revit Building 8,  maybe this issue has been solved in newer versions.

In version 8 the only way to copy a schedule from one project to another was to place the schedule on to a sheet in project A and then copy paste it from the sheet in project A to another sheet in project B.

In 9.0 and above you can now use the 'Insert from file' command.

Sheets can only be added one at a time in 8.0. In 9.0 and above you can again use the 'Insert from File' method or develop a custom API application.
