I am trying to create a professional engineer seal which has text that is placed along the circle. I can not find a text command that does this in Revit. If I did not have and AutoCAD file to work with I would find this very difficult to construct in Revit. I know this is not a widely used command but on occasion it would be useful and I would not have to rely on AUtoCAD to construct this. Are there any other suggestions in order to construct this?

Are you talking about model text or drafting text? Unfortunately this is not possible and you would need to do each letter separately in order to rotate each letter the different amount.

Or you can insert one letter , do an Array along the arc and change the arrayed letters to form the final text.
