I'm trying to create a floor slab for a parking garage that slopes in two directions. What is the best way to do this since the slope floor arrow apparently only allows the slope to occur in one direction?

You are correct. Currently the method i'd used to create a floor sloping in two directions would be to create an in-place floor family. I'd then create a solid, extrusion to one of the sloping planes, then use a void to cut the remainder off to get the second sloping plane. This will most likely mean making the slab thicker that what it would be then using voids to cut it back to size.

do you have any other solutions to a floor that slopes in more than one direction, or is your current solution still the best one?

Why not use a roof to create your floor....you can still structure it the same but it allows for more features when considering slope.
