I have created a compound wall using a profile that I created and used as a sweep.  The wall works great, but when I place a window or a door the sweep above the door disappears.  I am using Revit 9.1 and have only been using it a couple of months.  I've looked through the tutorial that comes with the program and I've also purchased the Autodesk Revit Advanced courseware book, but neither to these have been of any help.

If anyone can help, please let me know.

Is the door cutting the sweep at all? Have a look - in my experience that was what caused that problem.

The door and window cut through the sweep on the sides, but between the sides of the door and window there is no sweep.

If i understand correctly that is your problem - the sweep needs to be continuous without interruptions (as soon as an element - like a door - goes into the zone of a sweep the sweep will be ommitted in that area. If you want the sweep to be "cut in half horizontally" or the like, youll have to creat a new wall type with a modified sweep that accomodates the door.

Could you post an image of the prob if this isnt the prob
