I have revit 9.1.

I have multiple levels and am able to show the gross area for each of the levels.  Is there a way to show the total of the 2 levels as a part of the Gross Area Schedule?

 Area 1     2000 sf

Area 2      3,000 sf

Total Area ??????

Thanks any one

Go to the schedules properties. Go to Sorting/Grouping. Down the bottom tick Grand Totals and in the drop down menu beside that choose the option that best suits. Schedules are one thing that took me a while to sort out.

There is another step.

Got to your formatting properties in the schedule:

Click on your Area field and then check "calculate totals".
