Our team members have good experience on international standards.They are well experienced in preparing the rennovation drawings and Architectural working drawings in Revit from your conceptual sketches.Our 35 member team consists of Architects,draftsmans and marketing members. Our company is located on the southern most part of India called Kerala which is otherwise called as "God's own country".It is located in a 3 storied buiding situated in the mid of the city called Trivandrum(Capital of Kerala). File transferring can be done through email, fax or FTP.These files are processed by our technical team they inturn will update you on daily basis regarding the process of our work.We will assign a team for each and every project which varies according to the work load and time barrier.The updation of your project will be done by our technical head through phone or any messenger devices and by sending our progress files.
Our technical team is well versed with AIA, BS and NCS standards.We will work according to your proposed CAD standards.
For projects we will be working on regular shifts for assuring our client that the deadlines are well kept.
We are charging on hourly basis at the rate of 10 USD per hour. For example,for developing the Architectural working drawings of a 3000 sq foot building we charge only 540 USD.

How We can work together as a Team The initial steps are to send us the following: • Sketch / Paper Drawings / Reference Drawings• Local Libraries• Required Turnaround time The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG or even PDF. Paper drawings can also be couriered to our office. AutoCAD or ArchiCAD drawings can also be emailed to us.We stick to Drawing Standards as prescribed by you. However we can also use default standards such as AIA guidelines Communication can be done by email, phone, by fax or online chat. We can do the file transfer through FTP.We will setup an FTP site for you for easy file transfer. The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI – 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent. The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required. We do not disclose any computer & paper data generated by us or sent to us during any project. We have very fast internet services and can transfer a huge amount of data through the Internet. We can also burn a CD and post it to you as per your convenience. These Net Enabled services are covered under WTO agreement and are signed by more than 110 countries around the Globe. Our CAD Services assures the highest degree of quality and accuracy for each CAD file.
