Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a Sun pipe using a generic model roof based. The generic roof is flat, so the sun pipe I have create is perpendicular to the roof.

The problem started when the roof has a slope 5/12 and the sun pipe shows perpendicular to the slope, instead of going straight down.

I have attached a picture of the product and another picture of my generic design.

any suggestions to fix this problem?

I don't know how you created your family but there is an "always vertical" switch you can set when you build your family.

Not sure if this switch will work for your family.  Edit your family - under the settings pull down, select family category & parameters.  The switch is there.
