I had created a custom wall and a custom window with voids for tilted openings. There's a visualization error in the shade view: the voids in the window are highlighted in the custom wall. I've tried to insert the same type of window in a system family wall equal to the custom wall in thickness and height but the error about voids doesn't appear.I need to use custom wall because they're complex in plan and I've used an extrusion to create it. The window family is correct because it works good within a system family wall (thickness 0.60 meters). Has somebody already encountered this kind of error?in the attached image are shown the system family wall on the down-left corner and the custom wall in the top-right corner.

thanks for any suggestions.

I can't pinpoint it immediately but you have something going on with your constraints inside the family. Flex the wall thickness in the family editor and you will see the error message.

When you create a family you should also flex the wall thickness everytime you flex the model. This will help avoid errors when you import it into your project when your wall thickness in your project is different from the wall thickness in your family.

BTW, that is a very nice window detail. Very well done. I hope you can figure it out. I'll take a deeper look at it later to see if I can figure it out.
