I'm trying to create an octogonal dome. I've created one panel by using a solid revolve that is interferred with by a void extrusion. The panel looks perfect but when I apply a polar array, the neighboring voids interferr with each other.

Is there anyway to create a solid revolve that is also tapered?

Attached are snapshots of the panel and the attempt at a dome.
