I'm doing a renovation and would like to know if it is possible to filter a window/door schedule by the phases. I need to show proposed windows but can't work out how to share the parameters to show in the schedules. Also is it possible to change the Grand Total heading in the totals.

Yes you can adjust the phasing just like any other view. I might not understand what you want to show but it sounds like you need to add a parameter called "proposed".

I have windows and doors set to different phases, existing, demo, and new construction.

I have my schedules set to display different phases, actually three different schedules, one for each phase.

Unfortunately, they don't display what I'm trying to acheive. I want my demo schedule to show only demolished windows, but it's listing a lot of additional windows.  I get similar results with the other schedules also.

 Any thoughts?
