Is there a easer way to create a NGL than creating a NGL surface tracing over the line in the elevations & sections then turning off the surface, then repating the process for the finished surface. When I create two surfaces in Revit the Poche from both the surfaces displays, where I only want the bottom surface Poche to display, and the top surface only to be displayed as a line.

I'm not familiar with the term NGL, but I want to see if I know what you're talking about.  Could you tell me what NGL stands for?

Need help? I'm probably in my chat room!

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

I am sorry I should of explained my self a bit better, NGL stands for Natural Ground Line (EXISTING). So what I am trying to do is to get two surfaces on one drawing, one for Natural Ground Line & one for Finished Ground Line. I can create the two surfaces all right but the problem is I only want one surface to display the hatch and the other surface to display as a line only no hatch.
