I spent a little time today trying to get this family work. The problem I'm having though is that I can't get the array group to reference in such a way that allows me to adjust the sill height on the opening and have the array group come with it. I've tried referencing the original sweep, as well as trying to edit the group and referencing there, and I've tried to simply reference the group. The furthest that I have gotten is to make the bottom array move, but the uppermost won't and the arrays simply "squish" together. If this can be done, I must just be omitting a step. I can manage getting everything else to work properly, but if someone would help me out on this I sure would appreciate it.
thanks in advance

I had a look at the file;
As your not using nested families, you need to draw a reference plane in elevation where you wish the first bar to go, then set this as the work plane. Draw your sweep as done previously. Now when doing the array include this reference plane.
Now you'll have something to dimension and lock to.
Dimension the bottom one from the base using the default sill height.
Then dimension from the first to the last bar in the array and set this label to whatever you wish to define it as.
I tested this and it should work the way you require.
