I imported a survey from one of our projects into Revit to make a toposurface out of.  The elevations that it uses are in the range of 760-820 feet above sea level.  How can I:

a) bring the toposurface down to the elevation I need it at without going into autocad and changing all the z coordinates of the topo lines

b) create a base elevation level that sets the 0' bench mark for all other levels in the project.

Any ideas?  TIA

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

in any elevation view you can move a toposurface up or down, but its not exact; it dosen't use snaps. you would have to know the numerical value to your 'zero', then just move it like you would anything else.

I'd rather be riding at whistler. or highland. thats good too.

This is what I ended up doing in the end.  Thanks for your help.  I used Steve Stafford's Topography blog on his website.

Thanks again!
