I am just completIng my first building by revit.  My elevations show the underbuilding and foundations.  What is the best method of showing the existing and proposed ground levels while removing the underbuilding and foundations from the elevational views?

I have surveyors topography in dwg format (2d and 3d), but the methods I've looked into importing this data look too complex.  Is their a simple method of producing the elevations I require?

you could use a filled region - but that wouldnt be very parametric....

I'd rather be riding at whistler. or highland. thats good too.

Thanks for the suggestion. I found a method in dgcad clips, 8.1 basic house, lesson 32.  However, it's a long process on a site with steep complicated topography, especially since i have a 3d dwg file from the surveyors which I can't convert into a useful format.

Cheers
