You can show the coordinates of say a wall in your drawing through the spotdimensions.

Is there a way that the begin and endpoint of a wall is displayed in a shedule.

This way you can give the position of your wall in your shedule i.e. wall 01 grid A / 1-2 so wall 01 position is on grip A and between grid 1 en 2, you should acomplish this when you also know the coordinates of your grid.

You are not going to be able to do this with Revit out of the box.

If you were to dive into the API you might stand a chance, but the biggest hurdle to overcome is that walls do not understand their relationship to grid lines.
