I am doing a cone roof shape. However, when applying the material bitmap, the clay tiles do not follow a straight line but instead swirl around the cone. I assume being that the bitmap is rectangular it cannot order itself as the tiles would on a roof of this kind. Any ideas on how to give this kind of roof a realistic mapping appearence?

yeah, it's one of the drawbacks in revit. Hatches don't work so well either. Best thing at the moment i can think of is in your roof properties, instead of making it round, create as many short, straight lines as possible for your number of segments without driving yourself insane.
