I didn't word my last thread very well. I can change materials no problem, BUT I would like to find a family for stainless wire balustrading. I am having trouble making my own balustrade families and I can't find one anywhere within revit or on the internet. Does anyone know where I could find a family like this?

Are you looking for a horizontal or vertical wire? Is it like a cable rail system?

yes it is horizontal wires. The kind people use around their verandah when they want to maximise views. There should be a horizontal piece on top for people to lean on and the rest of the railing is made of horizontal wire with intermediate vertical uprights for support... if anyone could help me out with a family it would be greatly appreciated.

This is all parts that load with the basic template. I just adjusted the size. Let me know if you have any questions.

It is just a bunch of standard parts. Just adjust the size of the round hand rail to 1/4" and place it every 4". Then add 2" hand rail at top and 2" post every 5' or so..
