It is located at: C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Building 9.1\Program\KeyboardShortcuts.txt

I have the same problem as LittleArchitect.. I do not have the keyboardshortcuts.txt file in the path you have specified (which is the path specified in the Revit help file, as well) Does anyone have a copy of it they can share? TIA - Diane

Thank you, but now it seems I am having an issue saving to the revit program folder. It says I need administrative permissions. I don't know if this is just a stoopid vista thing or our IT/Cad manager is getting anal. If it is the latter there is going to be a can of whoop curse openin' round these parts!

LOL - um... nevermind. It was a stupid Vista thing, I was able to change the permissions on the folder.

I am running Revit MEP 2009. I did not have the keyboardshortcut.txt file in my revit directory so I copied the file posted by JAMESHGRIMES and now all of the previously loaded defalt hotkeys have been deleted and I cannot use the keyboard shortcuts in this file. When I hit any key on the keyboard all it does is make the chime sound. How do I restore the defaults.

Can you not remove the txt file (place it somewhere or rename it) and restart your revit. Reboot it you may.

I tried deleting the .txt file unistalling revit, deleting all revit folders and reinstalling revit. Still no keyboard shortcuts. GRR
