I have an overall plan with room tags, door tags, window tags, etc. at 1/16" scale. I would like to have separate larger scale plans for toilets, offices, etc. where dimensioning and more detailed stuff can be done. I would like both plans to contain the room, window, door, etc. tags. Is that not possible? I have yet to find a way to get tags to read in both places.

Should be easy. If you have a plan with all the Room Tags and stuff in place I would just right click on the Floor Plan name in the Browser ( list of views ) hit Duplicate with Detailing then adjust the scale and what ever.
