Hi,

Is it possible to edit the apperance of the revision clouds, ie colour and arc length?

Color, yes.  Arc length, only by how far you drag the line when you're making the Revision Cloud.

 

To change the color, go to Settings >> Object Styles then under Annotation Object scroll down to Revision Clouds.  Change the color, line weight etc. there.

Revit revision clouds suck!  Have you figured out any way to change their appearance?  I know how to change the color, but the arc lengths are what I'm disgusted with.
