Hrmmm...I don't know without seeing the label created. Is it a custom/new label? You'll need to bring in the shared parameter to your project for it to see/read it.

preparing the Title Block family and encounter the same problem too. Blue '?' is showing up but manage to show the right info.
In the project file, set the right Categories for the Parameter Data, i used/ticked the 'Project Information' and 'Sheet' and the correct info show up, also in the Properties. I'm using REVIT MEP 2013.
