Is there a way to add annotation to the end of the view title line.  We would like to add the north arrow to the end of the view title line.  So you Title, Sheet and Scale are on the left and the North Arrow is on the right of the line.

After looking at the View Title Template, it does not appear so.  We just make an annotation family for the North Arrow and graphic scale and drag it into the sheet and place it where we want.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Yes you can modify and create new view titles (File>New>Annotation Symbol>View Title.rft), from there you create any configuration you want.  One word of warning though I have not yet found a way to have something which always inserts at the end of a view title, it will always place it the same distance from your centerline (i.e. 3" to the right) I haven't tried putting a parameter in which could allow you to at least manual modify the end of the title.

EDIT:  You can add a parameter for the length of the viewport, however you cannot modify that parameter once it is loaded into the family.  You could set up several types with the length carying but then you will also have to set up several types of view titles in your project as well, or if North is ever rotated.  It is probably easier to just add it in later.
