i dont think its possible to do that in revit. u cannot animate objects... u can only move through the whole design using a camera. u cant make other objects move.

You can do it by using two different doors - one open and one closed. You can shoot two different walk through s and splice them together.

This has been brought up several times before and it is true that you cannot animate objects (like doors opening or people moving) with Revit. I would also be careful when splicing together different paths if this is an Accurender walkthrough. Accurender will recalculate the lighting solution for the walkthrough based on the first frame which is rendered and thus your lighting levels could (and probably will) change. The only really simple options are to either modify your door model so that the doors are always open (this could cause issues with interior elevations however as the door will no longer block what is visible behind it) or add a parameter to your door which lets you toggle whether they are open or closed (again just this could cause the same issues as when the door is always open). Another option which is not always viable is to modify the path so that it passes through a vision panel or other glazing in your door.

you could try importing an open door then it shows in every angle ?
these are the doors i use there
2 doors - http://www.filefactory.com/file/49xl9qnur4kp/FullDoor.skp
1 door right - http://www.filefactory.com/file/2c4hjdqvzvub/door1.skp
1 door left - http://www.filefactory.com/file/oslvv1m8p05/door2.skp
just go to site and download it. Note you need sketchup for this
all you do is download go into your revit project then goto insert then link CAD goto where you downloaded this file then the file is in your project you will need to scale it down because it will import quite big (well it did for me).
btw if you dont know what what i mean by 2 door, 1door right, 1 door left then just download the file then open it then you will understand what i mean.
Thanks
