the easiest way that I think there is, is to mirror it along one of it's sides and rotating it.

The mirror command does not work if you try and mirror a structural angle from one of its sides. The only way that I have found is by creating a structural family that has the angle rotated the correct way that I need in the drawing. (label the angle LLV or LLH)

When you place a structural object, it is associated to a work plane, typically a level. In section if you draw a reference plane at the angle you with the structural angle to be at, and set this as the work plane then draw in the structural component. This should give you what you need. Unfortunately as a structural component the structural capabilities are associated to the workplane and as such cannot be rotated in a conventional manner.

Resolved in 2016 or higher (possibly earlier).  There is a cross-section rotate in the properties under constraints.  Hope this helps.
