Does anyone know of any video series on CD or DVD that will teach Revit Building? I dont want to purchase a video series that requires me to download any of their software or enter a security code that may or may not be available when I decide to upgrade my PC. I just want to put a disc in and have it show me the ropes. Anyone ever hear of such a thing?

There are tutorials built into Revit that will show you the ropes. Just go to Help>Tutorials inside of Revit.

. Thanks Curly. If the free ones help you out then you can buy a download subscription or DVD pretty cheap. I would also tune into the many REVIT blogs. Below is a few to get started. They also list many blogs on those blogs... DG

I learned Revit mostly through using the DGCAD videos. So far I've bought two subscriptions and they were worth it. If I had to do it over again I would have just forked out the money for a CD. Why? Because the videos are quite large and I wish they were on a CD I could just pop in. Secondly, I forgot to download several of them and my subscription had expired. The site videos are especially helpful to me. I'm not sure I would have ever figured some of it on my own.
