Hello everyone. This may sound like a question that everyone knows the answer to except me. I just want to indicate the roof pitch on the elevations but when I use the model lines, they ultimately show up in my model on the 3D views. The numbers don't so how should I draw the pitch lines?

If you are detailing a elevation use details line. Models lines are just that, part of the 3D model and will show in all views. Have a look under the Drafting tab.

in other threads they have said that there is an annotation tag in the download area that you can use for this purpose also. HTH
