So I'm trying to cap some wall sweeps. You know, make a captone. I can make a mass that is the exact shape I want, but I'm stumped on what to do next. Is the best thing to paint it with stone or should I make walls by face? I would really just like to make the whole mass Stone...I don't know if that is possible, but it would be great. Thanks for the help.

James

You should make your capstone as a profile and load it into your wall assembly as a sweep. To do this you will need to edit the wall and then edit the structure. To activate the sweeps and reveals, you must open the preview screen then go to section view. Have the profile already loaded into your drawing and set it as your sweep at the proper height and offsets. keep in mind that the height of the sweep must be within the height of your wall, i.e. a 3' tall wall won't be able to host a masonry cap set at 42". I've attached (hopefully it works), a masonry capped wall built with sweeps. These are part of the wall, not an in place family which could also work.
