What exactly is a mass object and how does it work, i am trying to create a curved feature stone set within a gabel eaves detail, when i create a mass it does appear in the 3d views but when switching back to elevations it does not appeare. Is the mass tool the right tool to use for this purpose, how else could i create this objects within a wall construction. Thanks

on your mass tab where you made the mass, click create wall by face. you can use the mass tool, or make an in-place family from the modeling tab>create to do what you are trying to accomplish.
