I'm trying to create a family that allows for certain geometry display to be toggled via the Yes/No parameter.  How do you assign objects to the Yes/No parameter type?

Don,

Set the Visible parameter of the object to the yes/no variable (by clicking the '=' button to the right of the visible parameter).  This will make the object visible if the yes/no parameter is checked, and not visible if it is not checked.

Check out this family for a fairly complex example: http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=3308

Need help? I'm probably in my chat room!

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!
