Hi all, Just wondering if people know of some good websites or dvd packages which include decent high res textures for rendering in 3D programs for either Revit, Max or Maya? Im looking for tileable textures to rendering interior & industrial scenes. any suggestions? thanks Josh

ArtLantis has some good ones....and I believe you can get the texture CDs without having the program. (Used it allot with ArchiCAD)...you can try here too http://textures.forrest.cz/

You might be interested to know that the beta version of the export plug-in from Revit 2009 32 and 64 bit to Artlantis 2.1 is now available in a free download from Artlantis' site at www.artlantis.com

Dear alabaster2513Your wrote: "I decided to check out this plugin and now my Revit 09 will not even open, thank you Artlantis for wasting my time." I'm sorry about the problem you have met, nonetheless it is the first time someone told us that Revit 2009 becomes unuseable after having installed the export plug-in! Could you please tell us more about your configuration which OS XP or Vista? 32 or 64 bit? Revit2009 32 or 64 bit? Did you installed the right export with the right OS 32 or 64 bit? Was Revit isntall on your hard drive at the default place? I mean into the Program file folder? Did you rename the Revit folder? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I am running vista 64bit business with Revit 2009 64bit. I made sure I had the correct download and followed the installation instructions. Not sure what went wrong. I was very interested in trying this plugin as I use to use Artlantis with ArchiCad (very little but I like it). How bout having your beta development team work on a 2010 release and I will consider trying this plugin again.
