I wish to have a 3D path for solid> sweep instead of 2D path.
So I won't have problems of jointing sweep elements for different dimensions and don't have the joint line seen in view especially at creating family for furniture (take Wassily Chair for example) and some door handles.
Properly more design elements can be created much more easily if the 3D path is available

agreed. to do this effectively do you need coordinates? or active dmensioning in 3d?
