for revit users there is no reason to install vista..

revit is a 32bit program..

vista RUNS 32bit programs as a backward compatable OS

but it's purpose is 64bit..

just like why would you buy windows 95 if all your programs

were DOS?

the windows 32bit OS started with NT and was devoloped to

the max at about windows 2000 sp4.. even windows XP was

questionable icing on the already finished cake.. xp sp1 is about as

far as anyone should to go with that OS.. i'm using win2k sp4

and it does everything i need..

if you are running 3Ds max 9 64bit then you need vista..

i'm not sure when or if revit will go 64bit because it doesn't seem

to be all that demanding but it sort of is too.. but we now

have the conroe 32 bit processor- very fast..

funny thing about 64bit is that it's not just 2x faster than 32bit-

it's unimaginable computer power..

sorry for getting off topic (revit 10)..

yeah revit 10 sure just go for it..

You CAN change the wall alignment already !  Go to the individual wall's properties.
