I'm working on creating a title sheet standard, and I was wondering if anyone could help me edit my view list schedule. I want to include only certain sheets in the view list, but when I delete the row from the view schedule it erases all objects on the sheet. Otherwise, I'm trying to make the sheets be grouped by specialization (mechanical, architecture, landscaping) and I can't seem to find a way to organize the information with ascending or descending by name or number. Essentially, I'm trying to have the database spit out my sheet index, so when I add new sheets to the sheet schedule REVIT will automatically update. Thanks for anyone's thoughts.

within a sheet's properties, there should be two parameters, one of which is a checkbox called include sheet on sheet schedule or something like that, then there's a discipline parameter (I think it comes like that anyway). To group by discipline, all you have to do is "edit schedule" and sort by discipline and add a header...
