Thanks to TomDorner I discovered the legends....they are great. Now I have another problem. If I want to describe one window I need a plan view, a front view and a section. When I bring a standard window into a legend sheet I have only three choices in the view-directions: plan, front and back. The question is how can I get more views in the legend mode for one typeThanks

Legends views cannot have 'sections' as of 9.1. The best alternative is to create eith detail components of the section of the item or a detail group. Both of these can be placed on a legend view.
