I've been working in a project that was set with worksets. Now that the project is done I'd like to make this fil (rvt) as a template (rte) for next similar projects, but revit doesn't allow me to save the file as template because worksahring is active in the file. Does anyone know how to "eliminate" the worksets in the file or how to create the template from it?

Once worksets are enabled they cannot be undone.

Your best bet is to start a new project with no template chossen.  Then have the Central file or local copy open and go to the new project.  In the new project use File>Transfer Project Standards  and choose your worksetted file.  This will bring most everything over.

When done, save your new project as your template.

For those elements try using the File>Insert From File command.
