I have a section that is cutting a family at an angle. I want only the cut plane where the section is toushing the family to show, not the part of the family in the distance. How can this be solved. Is there a setting in the crop region for the section?

You have to look under the visibility properties of the family, for example stairs have the option to be cropped after the section line, but if you are working on another family maybe you won't. So you can hide the lines you're not interested in with the stilographic pen tool near the measuring tool: the lines you hide are nt visibile only in that 2D view. -paolo
