Scenario:  Interns have completed a building that I now get to dimension.  Unfortunately, they had the dimension units rounding to the nearest 1/8" while the were building the model.  Now when I dimension I have one dimension line that is +/- 1/8" compared to another dimension line on the same page (due to witness lines adding differently).

Would it be difficult to add a feature that would have the dimensions check themselves against dimension lines using the same witness anchors so that when I run an overall dimension, it measures the same length as the grid/window spacing dimension line?

Until then you can catch me thrashing the interns for not being able to produce an accurate model in a CAD program and moving walls 1/8" at a time until I get the measurements to match up.

Thanks!

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!
