Very new to Revit and have run into my first "real problem". I attached a line picture of a storefront condition I am trying to build. Revit doesn't allow radial or angled mullions (why I have no idea) so I am having trouble achieving this look. Any help would be greatly appreciated becasue this situation is holding me back Thanks

Looks like we're in the same boat. I'm probably just going to end up making a window family that contains the radial part and sit it on top of the storefront. I'll upload it and post the link when I'm finished with the family. http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=6128 Welcome to Revit btw! :D Edited on: Mon, Jan 8, 2007 at 10:39:12 AM

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! |

Yeah I thought about that as well. So far the storefront design is one thing I love about ADT that I am loathing about Revit. I could create custom (one time) storefronts on the fly with just linework in ADT. Let me know how it comes out.

It's nowhere near parametric, but it worked well for the application I was using for. If it's not too late you may be able to customize it to work with your store front. You can see in the attached image where the store front ends and the topper begins. Best of luck and let me know if you have any questions about the family.
