It is in some obscure spot on my tool bar and I cannot remember how to trim walls and have a radiused corner. Can anyone help me with my brain spasm and remind me how that is done?

use the line tool and pick the radius line (not in front of Revit right now) click on the 2 lines you want to trim and set the radius. you can also select the radius later on by clicking on the curve line, the angle will show up, click it and change the value...

I would just like to select two walls to "corner" trim and be able to chose a radius corner rather than a square one.

Go to medeling and your wall type - on the options bar to the right of the "chain" box is a pull down where you can pick a fillet to join your walls.
