Right, Ive created a nice titleblock that feeds the dog but unfortunatly the revision tag (letter next to the dwg nr showing current rev) doesnt show up in my parameters so i cant add it to my drawing list. I have managed to create a shared parameter and add that to the list but then i cant edit the thing as an instance!! (seperate revisionsfor diff drawings) At the moment it is a text string that is edited through the titleblock properties. Help???

What you need to do is create a revision schedule on your titleblock family - yes a schedule within the family. Once the family is loaded into the project your revisions will populate the schedule. Check Revit's help menu (F1) for how to create a revision schedule on your titleblock
