I'm in the process of converting a 1gig avi file to a wmv file using pinnacle video software. does anyone know how long I should expect the conversion to take? Is there a better method for converting an avi file to a smaller file size for use in a web site? I'll attempt to also use the compressed video settings within revit to see if I can further reduce the avi file size, but I think the the file size will still be fairly large. The goal is to get an avi or similar file down to or below 1/2 meg.

Is DERXAJ the revit city commissioner or what??? When i export my avi, i use (Full Frames) as the compression method, what do the other 3 options do and what method leaves me with the smallest file..and i have read in other forums that u can export the avi as a collection of jpg's and then take them into your own movie maker..... how do u get them as single jpgs instead of an avi??
