Does anyone have a good solution for rendering a standing metal seam roof. I haven't been able to track down a material that I am satisfied with. Even with the materials that I have tried, it seems as though I will have to map each roof independently in order for the seams to go the right way. Surely I'm not the first person to try to tackle this problem. What have the rest of you done?

Try following what Mr Spot does in this thread. I have tried it and it works good. http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=815

O.K. That seams (pardon the pun) like a really good idea. I totally see how it works. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
