I AM LOOKING TO MAKE AN ARROW HEAD WHICH HAS A THICK EG, 0.35 90° ARROW HEAD WHILE STILL HAVING A THIN LEADER LINE. CAN THIS BE DONE? I HAVEN'T BEING ABLE TO FIND THE FAMILY TO MAKE AN ARROW HEAD IN

You can make an arrowhead with a 90 degree angle, but the weight of the text style will control the weight of the leader line and arrow head together. The best you can do is a compromise. To make a new arrowhead go to: Settings>Annotations>Arrowheads duplicate an existing style, rename and change to your liking.
