I need to create a 45 degree angled corner mullion in a curtain wall. I can't find any corner mullions with a rotation parameter and the trapezoid is the wrong shape. The attached screen capture shows what I would like to draw in red.

You can create custom profiled mullions using loaded profiles... Simply create a new profile using the curtain wall mullion profile template, load it in then duplicate one of the existing mullion types and set it to use your loaded profile and adjust as required. HTH.

I don't think you can associate a custom profile with a corner mullion.

Detail over it, or if you need a model, create an in place family.

True you can't nominate it as a corner mullion, but you can still place it and not place a mullion on one of the walls giving the impression of a corner mullion...
