Hi All We have a situation where a room is laid out using a number of entities in different worksets - external walls, internal walls, equipment etc... We want to create an exact copy of that room - keeping the workset info as assigned, but if you copy (window), the copy all changes to the active workset. I have tried grouping but no effect. Am I missing something or is this a major problem ???

that's right, what ever you copy will move into your current workset. once you copied all you wanted to, right click on an element -->select all instances click properties and move to the workset of your choice.
