Hi,
Is it possible to use a Model pattern in the cut view? I'd like to be able to count the number of bricks up to a window when I'm looking at a section view. If I could assign a Model-mode brick pattern this would do it, but the Model option is greyed (grayed) out for cut patterns. Is there a way?
Thanks.

Sorry there is no way to do this, however you can quicly and easily do what you want with a repeating detail componant.
there is even a brick detail componant in the metric library already.
just creat a new repeating detail using a brick and mortar at a fixed spacing and you can add these to your secions in no time.
I also find it useful to align and lock the detail to the model so if the wall moves the detail does also.
