Hi, i guess revit help doesn't cover this so my question is what are fruniture systems for? I guess i should make it possible to make a one familie with different components but can I include some component in one type that are absent in another?I would like to make something like - sofa with to sides and two sofas with single sides removed and joined in place off missing sides. And I thought types only differ in parameters and there is no parameter such as present/absence, is it?I'm modeling some fine furniture from a catalogue, found it is very easy in Revit, so I'll share when I'm done with it. Now another question concerns uploads. So when I choose a file it is being uploaded right away so I should click submit instantly, right? If so i guess there could be a note about it for the impatient types like myself. Were there problems reported from the Opera users? because Firefox upload almost fine and I can not get it right from Opera. Finally I can't edit a description it just blanks the description field as soon as I hit submit or it submits fine but changes are not saved. The system changes the description to a objects name instead. I tried in both Opera and Firefox and could not change the description in any wayLukasz

Furniture Systems is for those of us in the commercial world for "systems furniture" (i.e. cubes) from companies like Haworth, Steelcase, Allsteel, Herman Miller etc.  We seperate out the cubes from regular furniture like chairs, tables etc.

Hiroshi or one of the website creators will have to answer the upload question.
