Can anyone please help. I'm trying to add linework for door swing & door panel that appear in reflected ceiling plans. I would like these elements to be apart of my door family. I've tried various lines (model & symbolic) at various levels (floor & above door head) but unforetunately no luck. The linework above door head just makes the family taller and RCPlan needs to cut thru the door family for any of it to appear, then you get door frames & wall segments missing. ??

Have you tried the linework tool? Adjust the view range so you see the door swing, use the linework tool and change the linestyle for the swing for all the doors (tidious if you have lots of doors) Adjust view range back you might have the result you wanted.  Does that help?

Thanks Erik for you input, I'm attaching a copy of the door family, I do have symbolic lines for the door swing that apperars in the floor plans, & I have tried using model lines on a ref plane above the door head( say 2400 afl) with a celiling view height of 2300. This increases the overall height of the family to 2400h & in reflected ceiling plan the door frame appears to be sectioned instead of seeing a wall (no door frame) & door swing.
