I found a copy of Viz 2004 at my job. Will it render better then Revit 9?

Viz is a better renderer, it's pretty much the same program as Max. BUT....if Revit doesn't transfer the materials over for you to Viz then you've got long days ahead of you. Newer versions transfer the materials for you.

I guess just try it and see. If it goes in and you have a bunch of flourescent green, purple, and yellow, it would be safe to say it doesn't. If it does it will look relatively nice without much fuss. If I were to guess, I would say it doesn't. Post edited on 2006-10-28 12:21:17
