Hi I have noticed that my c: drive has been hugely reduced in available memory and in searching for the used space I found this temp directory that is now 25 gigs. Any idea why this is not cleaning itself and what these revittemp files are and what I can do to rectify this? See image below of directory & size.

I've actually just started having this problem.  I realize this thread is very old, but is anyone else experiencing this?

This is not a Revit issue - it is part of your OS.  Use a cleaner program or delete the files yourself.
